It is also advised to root education more deeply in cultural heritage through adequate and efficient mutual long-term partnership policies.This international conference aims to explore culture and cultural heritage education policy examples in different Members States, best case practices of integrated relationships between cultural heritage and education (e.g., the role of the museums in education, the role of tour guides, advances in tourism education, cases of virtual applications, cultural festivals, historical recreations, slow food initiatives, schools of shepherds, falconry, etc).This small-scale international conference intends to stimulate interdisciplinary debate, will include experts with theoretical/practical background and will be addressed to different target groups, like adult educators, formal educators, curators and museum directors, tour guides, cultural heritage managers, rural development agents, civil servants and researchers.Abstracts in English of 300/400 words must be sent by mail to apirra@tad.pt.Important datesDeadline for abstract submissions: 21st of October 2021Acceptance notification: 25th of October 2021Event date: 27th of October 2021Organizing committee: Veronique Joukes and António Pirra CULTRURAL-conference.-Call-for-papersDownload
